EZ SAVE FLASH SOFTWARE LICENSE:

1) GRANT OF LICENSE:

GOUPSOFT INC. grants you a single, non-exclusive license to use the EZ SAVE FLASH provided you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Only one user is authorized to use the EZ SAVE FLASH on one computer at a time (and not by more than one individual via a network).

2) OTHER RESTRICTIONS:

You acknowledge that you do not become the owner of the EZ SAVE FLASH (software, programs and/or documentation). You agree not to transfer, rent,lease, sub-license, reverse engineer, modify, translate, or share the EZ SAVE FLASH, diskettes, or manual with any other person or firm.

3) LIMITED WARRANTY:

While we have attempted to ensure the reliability of the EZ SAVE FLASH, GOUPSOFT INC. cannot assume any liability for damage that occurs because of usage of this program, whether or not in accordance with the instructions or specifications. It is not possible to guarantee the program's performance under all circumstances, at all times, with all hardware and software configurations, and with any user data, programs, or series of commands. GOUPSOFT INC. warrants the diskette media and manual to be free from defects in materials or manufacture for a period of 30 days from your receipt. When you open this package or use the EZ SAVE FLASH you indicate you accept this as the only warranty. You agree that regardless of the form of any claim, GOUPSOFT INC.'s liability for any damages or loss to you or anyone else shall not exceed the price paid for use of the program. NO OTHER WARRANTIES. Except for the warranty described in the above paragraph, there are no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed.

4) NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:

In no event shall GOUPSOFT INC. or its suppliers, if any, be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other loss) arising out of the use or the inability to use this product, even if GOUPSOFT INC. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

wouldn`t work

The only program that would work to save flash files (from Porsche website) was Movies Extractor. I eventually had to buy the program because the trial had large red letters across the flash movie. What I need is a program to save flash movies and combine them into one then to convert flash to windows media file and burn to DVD. It took me hours and Movies Extractor then SWF Toolbox then Roxio VideoWave SE then Roxio Drag to Disc on DVD-R to make a 10 minute movie out of 10 flash clips. The video is kind of distorted since it changed wide screen to a more square screen somewhere along the way. SWF Toolbox is not registered so, it left a notice across the frames. I'll e-mail you a copy if you're interested. No other programs (I tried several) would search cache in Mozilla and Explorer to extract the movies. Go the the Porsche GT3 website and try to save the flash movies - maybe I did something wrong?

Not functional...

I can't seem to get this program to work. It looks really easy from the screen shots and other listed features. It should be easy to use, but I installed it with not response when trying to use it. I think it might be the version of Internet Explorer, or Windows that I'm using that is the problem.

No matter what I did I could not get it to work!
